Be the person on the phone who actually knows the answer. You will handle incoming product enquiries, recommend the right tool for the application and convert enquiries into orders.

What You Will Do

  • Answer product and application enquiries from dealers and end users
  • Prepare quotations and follow them through to order
  • Keep product knowledge current across all nine categories
  • Log every enquiry in the admin panel

What We Are Looking For

  • Genuine interest in tools and how they are used
  • Clear written and spoken communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English
  • Prior inside-sales or counter-sales experience preferred
